企業属性変更履歴 (8 field × 3 date_basis)
2026-05-23 追加。投資家・コンプライアンス・M&A 用途。 watchlist 50 社 × 毎日 1 req で代表者交代・本社移転・資本金変更等を監視。
対象 field (8 種): representative_name / name / industry / capital_stock / num_employees / num_directors / founding_date / hq_address (+ capital_stock_gbiz / num_employees_gbiz)。
date_basis (3 系統): filing_date_yuho (有報提出日基準) / gbizinfo_intake_date (gBizINFO 月次取込日基準) / code_list_update_date (EDINET コードリスト月次更新)。
重要な baseline 注記: representative_name / hq_address / founding_date / capital_stock_gbiz / num_employees_gbiz は 2026-05-23 以降の観測差分のみ。 過去履歴は backfill 不能。capital_stock / num_employees / num_directors / name は FY2020 以降取得可能。

2026-05-23 追加 (watch-diff polling 用)。default false。true で軽量 response (body={changed, total_changes, latest_date, etag, detail_url})、changes 配列省略。daily watchlist polling に最適。1 req = 1 unit (full と同じ)。
