Buy a lifetime plan

Open Stripe Checkout to pay once for a plan's lifetime price, after which the organization keeps the plan for good, and return its URL. After paying, Checkout comes back to returnUrl, a page of the web app. A subscription the organization has ends at the end of its period. Requires the billing: ["manage"] permission (owners and admins)
