Open the billing portal

Open the Stripe billing portal of the organization (payment methods, billing details and invoices), and return its URL, which comes back to returnUrl (a page of the web app). Only for organizations with a Stripe customer (hasCustomer in getBilling), created when it first opens Checkout. Requires the billing: ["manage"] permission (owners and admins)
