List feedback

Bug reports and feature requests the logged in user can see: public ones, and their own unpublished bug reports. type picks bugs or features (both when left out). sort is top (most votes), new or trending (most votes in the last 30 days). status lists only items with that status; without it, every status but duplicate. mine lists only items they filed or voted on, those changed most recently first, ignoring sort. total is how many match
