A bug report or feature request by its number, with its comments, the team's replies and status changes (oldest first), and the logged in user's vote (null if they haven't voted). context (what the app knew when a bug was reported) is only returned to its author, and attachments (its screenshots, read at their url) only to its author and the team, even once it's public. NOT_FOUND for items they can't see
