Csv To Bundle

The Spreadsheet-to-agent converter: turns a CSV export (kind: shift-report or oee) into an agent input bundle. Free with any account (X-Api-Key or a Bearer session); it is never counted, consumes no Advisor question or Try Pro run, and does not persist data or charge billing. 422 with FastAPI field details for an invalid body.
