Account Roadmap Intake Put

Creates or updates the authenticated account's DX Roadmap intake draft without submitting it. Bearer authentication and a DX Roadmap purchase are required (dxpert Pro does not include it); it persists the draft, consumes no quota, and has no billing or email side effect.
