Checkout Roadmap

Creates a Stripe-hosted one-time DX Roadmap checkout URL. An account is required (a Bearer session or an X-Api-Key), because the purchase attaches to it: 401 account_required without one; 409 roadmap_already_owned if the account already owns it; 422 for an invalid body; 503 stripe_unconfigured / 502 stripe_error when payments are unavailable. It does not charge immediately, consume quota, send email, or change entitlements.
