List the organization's warehouse connections.

All live connections in the org, name-ordered. Only non-secret fields are returned — never ciphertext, the SecretRef pointer, or per-user grants. Editor or above (connection:read; a legacy connection:manage API-key scope also satisfies reads). A caller who lacks connection:manage (admin or owner) gets a redacted view: config is returned as an empty object ({}), never omitted or null; lastTestError and catalogSyncError are each replaced by a generic, non-revealing message when the underlying value is non-null (left null when it was null). roleMapped survives redaction. The data array is always present (never null).
