Whether the caller has connected their warehouse identity.

Reports whether the acting user has an active (non-revoked) per-user OAuth grant on this connection (DVT-123). The SPA uses this to decide whether to show a "connect your account" prompt. Any member (the answer is about the caller's own grant).
