List the events of an invoice filing

Return the status changes of the e-invoice filing of the invoice, oldest first, up to 100 events. An event whose event_kind is hold records a hold of a broken setup. The response is an empty list when the invoice has no filing. You need the e-invoicing view permission and the invoice view permission. The request fails with 402 before it checks the permission, when the organization has no e-invoicing subscription.
