List the e-invoice filing events

Return one page of the status changes of every filing you can view, newest first. Each filing change also sends the core.e_invoice_filing/updated webhook. You need the e-invoicing view permission. The request fails with 402 before it checks the permission, when the organization has no e-invoicing subscription.
