List the e-invoicing settings of the companies

Return one page of the companies that have an e-invoicing country, with the decision, the readiness checks, and the registration of each country. Change these settings in the DualEntry app. You need the e-invoicing view permission. The request fails with 402 before it checks the permission, when the organization has no e-invoicing subscription.
