Get Filter Counts

Get counts for all thread filters (needs_reply, states, AI tags).

Returns counts for:

  • needs_reply: DM threads where last message is inbound and user hasn't replied
  • states: counts by contact state (new, follow_up, active, warm, cooling, dormant, low)
  • ai_tags: counts per AI tag

Args: channels: Optional comma-separated list of channels to filter by (e.g., "telegram,instagram")

Results are cached in Redis for 30 seconds to improve performance.
