Find Thread By Channel Ref

Find a thread by its channel_ref.

Used for navigating to DM threads when clicking on a participant. Returns the thread if found, or null if not found. channel_account_id picks the thread on ONE line when the contact has the same ref on several (see _query_thread_by_ref).
