Rate the support you received
Scores a CLOSED ticket from 0 (worst) to 10 (best). Write-once: the second call returns 409 already_rated, so the first score is never silently overwritten. Rating an open ticket returns 409 ticket_open. This records a datapoint only — it does not reopen the ticket, does not count as a message, and does not change last_activity_at. NO scope required.
