Subsurface Tomography

Run 2D surface wave tomography for a region.

Collects all available station-pair dispersion measurements within the bounding box, then inverts for 2D phase/group velocity maps at the specified periods using a fast-marching eikonal tomography algorithm.

Parameters (JSON body):

  • min_lat, max_lat, min_lon, max_lon : float -- Bounding box (required)
  • periods : list[float] -- Target periods in seconds (optional)
  • grid_spacing_km : float -- Grid cell size in km (optional, default 10)
