Queries FDSN web services for broadband and short-period stations inside the specified geographic bounding box. Returns station metadata including network, location, channels, and operating dates.

Parameters

min_lat : float Southern boundary latitude (WGS84). max_lat : float Northern boundary latitude (WGS84). min_lon : float Western boundary longitude (WGS84). max_lon : float Eastern boundary longitude (WGS84).
