Earth At Location

Return live multi-channel Earth state at a specific (lat, lon).

Pulls summary from each VQ channel extractor that accepts lat/lon. Used by the v2 "Your Earth" page -- visitor enters their location, sees a live snapshot of every physics channel at that point.

Failures in individual channels don't break the response; the UI surfaces them as "channel offline" tiles.
