Resolve the registered company context for payment evidence

Uses the current ordinary workspace key to resolve Core's synchronized Accounts workspace, exact active verified Business Central company connection and current revision-bound native read grant. The key must have decision:read and decision:write; it is independent of Decionis-managed provider credentials. Returns non-secret registration metadata only: basis=persisted_connection_and_native_grant, provider_read_authority=not_checked, execution_available=false unless Decionis issues single-use permits for this connection, when it is true; a permit, never the flag, lets a payment post. The native shell must compare the returned tenant, environment and company with its actual session before saving this context. Payment and settlement calls compare every pinned assertion with fresh Core metadata again. No body or query parameters are accepted. This source candidate does not read Microsoft payment facts, refresh provider authority, or grant financial posting permission, and requires the matching Core and Commerce deployments.
