Read one immutable assessment bound to the current organization and AWS grant

Requires deployed, enabled AWS historical routes. Every read rechecks the current license, credential revocation and expiry. No organization query argument is accepted. Results contain minimized unsigned historical evidence, not live transaction payloads or execution authority. At most 100 KiB.
