Patch Marketer Org

Edit a marketing-org row. Deactivating cascades a sanity flip on all its codes (sets promo_codes.is_active=FALSE for everything that org owns) so both layers reflect the same truth.

Field semantics use Pydantic's model_fields_set so the SPA can explicitly CLEAR a value: omitting a key from the body = no change; sending null or an empty string = clear to NULL.
