Openai Apps Challenge

Domain verification for the ChatGPT app submission. OpenAI fetches this path and expects the challenge token served verbatim as text/plain. The token is stored on the ChatGPT OAuth client config in system_settings (oauth.client.chatgpt.apps_challenge_token), so it can be rotated via SQL or the super-admin OAuth UI without a redeploy.
