Get My Table

Read-only column metadata for one table — readable by any authenticated user.

Viewers can only read tables whose source is active+connected and only see committed columns (pending status="new"/"dropped" hidden). Admins see everything.

Team scope (V1, see docs/teams.md): a viewer with one or more team_users rows can only read tables granted to those teams.
