Change your preferred country or language

Updates the signed-in user's preferred country and/or language in the Dapper platform. The preferred country is what an omitted country_code falls back to on every other call, so changing it changes what unfiltered questions answer.

Interests (entities, commissions, sectors, tags) are a separate endpoint because they replace rather than merge — see PATCH /v1/me/interests.
