Add or remove your interests

Adds or removes entities, commissions and sectors from the signed-in user's profile — the same interests dapper://me reports and that personalise unfiltered calls.

This is add/remove, not replace. The platform stores each of these as a set and overwrites it wholesale, so sending one entity there would delete the rest; this endpoint reads the current set, applies your deltas, and writes the whole thing back. replace: true exists for starting over and has to be asked for.
