Subscription summary for the authenticated API key

Returns the caller's current Stripe subscription metadata — status, billing interval, next billing date, and cancel-at-period-end flag — for display in the developer portal's billing screen. Returns {status: 'none'} when the key has no Stripe subscription on file.
