List Facebook ads

List ads from the connected Facebook Ad account with optional filtering by campaign, ad set, or status. Use when user asks 'show my Facebook ads', 'list ads for campaign', 'what ads are running'.

Filter ads by campaign ID

ad_set_idstring

Filter ads by ad set ID

statusstring

Filter by ad status (e.g. ACTIVE, PAUSED, ARCHIVED)

limitinteger

Maximum number of ads to return (default: 25)
