CALL FIRST: Check what services are connected

Call this FIRST if unsure what's available. Returns which services are connected (Google Drive, Gmail, Sheets, OneDrive), authentication status for each, and recommended operations. IMPORTANT: If microsoft_onedrive is enabled but not connected, direct user to the auth_url to authenticate with Microsoft.
