Check authentication status for all services

Returns the authentication status for both Google Workspace and Microsoft OneDrive. Use this to determine if the user needs to authenticate with any services. If microsoft_onedrive.auth_required is true, direct the user to the microsoft_onedrive.auth_url to authenticate with Microsoft.
