Test Tito Connection

Verify the stored secret AND that the account/event slugs resolve.

/v3/hello only checks the token; it does NOT verify the slugs. So we also fetch the event root (/:account/:event) — a 404 there means wrong slugs or a test/live-mode mismatch between the token and the event.
