Delete Tito Connection

Full tito teardown — the frontend shows a destructive ARE-YOU-SURE dialog before calling this. Deletes the connection AND everything mirrored from it: tito_attendee rows (attendees + answers), the attendee-card template and question mapping (PromoConfig), public share links, and R2-hosted images.
