Override Attendee Image

Replace one attendee's image (headshot / colour logo / white logo) with an organizer-supplied upload. Stored on R2 and marked overridden so re-syncs keep it instead of clobbering with the Tito-sourced file. The render reads this URL, so the next preview/download reflects it immediately.
