List all schedules for an event — CARRIES THE FULL ACTIVITY GRAPH.

This is the "All Tracks" board's single request: activities eager-load WITH their speakers/content/sponsors links so ScheduleActivityBase serialises true speakerIds/contentIds/sponsorIds (previously the ids came back empty here and the frontend re-fetched every track's activities individually — one request per track).
