List Linked Workspaces

Slack workspaces the caller is personally linked into via /cognee-link or an email match (CLO-390), regardless of which tenant originally connected them. The entry point for self-serve channel subscription: a member doesn't need to own — or even be a member of — the tenant that installed Slack, only to be a verified member of that Slack workspace.
