List Linked Workspace Channels

This workspace's channels, flagged with whether tenant_id (a tenant the caller owns) already subscribes each one — self-serve, so the only two things checked are the caller's own Slack member-link for this exact workspace and their ownership of tenant_id, never ownership of the workspace's primary tenant.
