Answer Language Hold

Answer a run parked at the language checkpoint and resume it.

A run whose status is awaiting_language stopped before any selection and waits for the account owner to name the episode language; language_hold.candidates on GET /v1/runs/{run_id} lists the codes the checkpoint heard. Send one ISO 639-3 code here (the same write the app's checkpoint makes) and the run is re-dispatched with the payload it parked with. THIS CALL SPENDS NO QUOTA: the quota was taken when the run was created, and the resumed run keeps it. Idempotent in effect: the store accepts one answer while the hold is open, so a second call answers validation_error (the checkpoint is closed); poll GET /v1/runs/{run_id}/progress. run_not_found for an unknown or foreign run; validation_error for an unsupported code or a run that is not parked; service_unavailable when the durable close could not be written (nothing was dispatched; the hold stays open; retry).
