Submit Claim Upload

Submit a new claim with file uploads, Word included.

Same contract as POST /api/v1/claims/upload/submit. Word files (.doc, .docx) are converted to PDF and stored as <name>.docx.pdf / <name>.doc.pdf.

Supported file types: PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, Word (.doc, .docx) Max file size: 10MB per file; Word files have no size limit

Errors: 422 INVALID_FILE (a Word file is corrupt or password-protected), 503 CONVERTER_UNAVAILABLE (retry later). Nothing is stored on either.
