Get a summary of claims for today (or the most recent day with data).
**Authentication:** API Key (X-API-Key header)
**Required Scope:** `claims:read`
Returns legacy totals plus the six category measures: readyToSubmitClaims,
attentionClaims, documentMissingClaims, readmisiClaims, fragmentasiClaims,
and needToCheckClaims.
