List Consultants

List consultants on a claim plus pending consultant invitations.

Visible to admins, the claim owner, and existing consultants on the claim itself (so a consultant can verify their access). Anyone else with claim access (regular workspace member / collaborator) gets an empty list — they don't manage consultants.
