Validate a Snapshot — check provenance hash consistency

Compares each datapoints current provenanceHashagainst the hash recorded at snapshot creation. Returnsconsistent: trueif all hashes match, orconsistent: falsewith adrift` array listing changed datapoints. The validation result is persisted back to the snapshot document.
