OEMetadata v2.0 — FAIR Data metadata for a Datapoint (EU AI Act Art. 12)

Returns a fully OEMetadata v2.0 conformant metadata document. Includes a SHA-256 cryptographic provenance hash (EU AI Act Art. 12), OEO semantic class mappings, spatial/temporal coverage, source licensing, and a Cernion-specific extension for agent interventions and scheduling state. Set ?validate=true to include a JSON-Schema validation report against the OEMetadata v2.0 schema (requires prior npm run sync:oemetadata).
