Queries MaStR installations for the given PLZ / municipality and aggregates the Netzbetreiber (grid operator) from those assets. ⚠️ NOT authoritative: derives candidates only — does not confirm the grid area boundary. A formal Netzanschlussanfrage is required for binding VNB attribution.
