List installations of a Direktvermarkter (direct energy marketer)

Retrieves MaStR installations assigned to a given direct energy marketer (Direktvermarkter) using the direktvermarkterName or direktvermarkterMastrId filter. Step 2 of the Direktvermarkter pipeline. Supports filtering by type, commissioning year, capacity, and Bundesland.

⚠️ Data Availability Limitation: The DirektvermarkterMastrNummer field is deliberately excluded from all public MaStR bulk exports (BNetzA policy — commercially sensitive data). As a result, the direktvermarkterName and direktvermarkterMastrId filter parameters are not populated in the local MongoDB and will return 0 results in practice. The best available public proxy for installations in Direktvermarktung is fernsteuerbarkeitDv: true combined with minCapacity: 100 — available for Wind and Biomass only (field not present in Solar/Storage).
