Mirror Manual Pick

Mirror a user-selected pick (one-tap from /ticker/{T}/ page).

Sizing: same as auto_fanout — risk_profile cap_frac × paper_cash. Fill price: live /api/quote (so the user gets the actual market price, not the static plan-entry). Idempotency: hash(user_id + ticker + entry + UTC date). Reloading the page won't re-place the same trade.
