Unlock Exchange

Exchange a magic-link token (or full magic-link URL) for a fresh 90-day cookie on the CALLING browser.

This is the paste-unlock path: the user copies the magic link from their email client (which opened the link in an isolated in-app webview that can't share cookies with their default browser) and pastes it here from their real browser. We re-issue a full cookie bound to this browser.
