Get Sector Heatmap

Aggregate picks by sector and return sector-level statistics.

Sector resolution chain: combined_priority.sector_tags → entity_master.gics → derivative parent lookup → Unclassified. This ensures SEC-driven picks without news coverage still receive a proper GICS sector instead of being dumped into an opaque Unknown bucket.
