Get Suburb Pricing Facets

Return median sale price + count per facet level inside a suburb (or LGA).

Each row of the response = one facet bucket (e.g. zone='LDR' or overlay='flood' or bedrooms=4). The API joins ci_property_sales to ci_properties on the matched property_id so we can read zone_code, overlays array, etc. from the property.
