All approved DAs within a geographic radius — no dev_type filter.

Returns a grouped view: how many of each application_type / category have been approved nearby in the last N months, plus 5 example DAs per group with addresses + decision dates + days_to_decision + extracted proposal dimensions (when available).

This is the answer to 'what have surrounding DAs been approving?' — a question that's distinct from 'what's the approval rate for townhouses here?'. For RR/RU sites where most works are building-approval-only (no DA dataset coverage), this surfaces the DAs that DO exist (subdivisions, dual-occs, ancillary dwellings, extensions) so the user gets a real-world picture of what council has been amenable to in the neighbourhood.
