Redirects (302) to a short-lived signed URL for one file/image/file_list upload. The dashboard is the intended caller: /v1/intakes/{id}/results stays API-key-only, so this is the way an account owner opens a file the client submitted. File ids come from the files array on the matching item in GET /v1/intakes/{id}.
